Hindu Rao Doctors’ Strike: Between the BJP and AAP’s Blame Game, the salary of doctors of Hindu Rao Hospital is still not received. Meanwhile, the Delhi government on Saturday ordered the transfer of all Kovid-19 patients of the Municipal Corporation-run Hindu Rao Hospital to their hospitals.
The Delhi government has given this order in view of the ‘symbolic indefinite strike’ of resident doctors of Hindu Rao Hospital for several days, for non-payment of salary for the last three months. Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain said that at present there are 20 patients admitted to the Hindu Rao Hospital. He said, “Today we ordered Kovid-19 patients to be transferred from Hindurao Hospital to our own hospitals. They will have the option of either being transferred to Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan (LNJP) hospital or admitted to another government hospital near their home. ”
Explain that Hindurao is the largest hospital in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi with a bed capacity of 900 and currently it is dedicated to treating Kovid-19 patients. In the past, many hospital health workers have also been infected with the corona virus.
The Hindu Rao Hospital comes under the jurisdiction of the BJP-led North Delhi Municipal Corporation. Jain said, “BJP is doing politics on this issue. They earn from various taxes and if they cannot run their hospitals then they (North Delhi Municipal Corporation) should hand these over to the Delhi government. ”
