The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2020) will be conducted today for admission to 22 National Law University Graduate and Post Graduate Law programs across the country. The exam will be held in a shift from 2 pm to 5 pm. About 77 thousand candidates will take the exam through online mode. The CLAT 2020 results will be released on October 5, 2020. With the completion of the examination, ‘Answer Key’ will also be released, which will be able to be checked on the official website. Candidates will be able to register objections by September 29 on the ongoing answer key. If objections are accepted, the final ‘Answer Key’ will be released on 3 October.
The counseling process will start from October 6
The Consortium of National Law University has released the counseling schedule for CLAT 2020 on its official website consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Candidates who are successful in entrance exam will be able to participate in counseling. According to the official notification, after the result is released, the counseling process will start from October 6 on the basis of merit list. Candidates who are successful in CLAT 2020 can register online for participation in counseling from 6 to 7 October.
Seat allotment of first phase will be held on 9 October
Candidates will have to pay Rs. 50 thousand as counseling fees, which will be adjusted later in the university fees. The seat allotment will be done in the first phase on October 9, 2020. At the same time, seat allocation will be done in the second phase on October 11 and the third phase on October 14.
